Understanding Engagement Survey Data by Analysing Scored Question Responses

The Engagement Surveys Dashboard will display the results for any of your Engagement surveys. However, we would recommend utilising the Surveys by Person Report 

The Engagement Surveys Dashboard will display the results of any scored questions included in your platform's Engagement Surveys. However, to view the responses to your text-based questions, you will need to utilise the Surveys by Person Report as text-based responses cannot be cross-compared in the same way that scored questions can.

To view the Engagement Surveys Dashboard, hover over the Comms section of the sidebar, then navigate to: Insights ➡️Dashboard. Select the Dashboard title and then select the ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS tab.

You will need to select the survey template associated with the survey in the drop-down at the top of the dashboard. Utilising the date filter buttons will allow you to refine your search to specific periods.

The Questions Summary section displays the answers for any scored questions. You can use the arrow on the right of each question to see a breakdown of the answers.
