Engagement Surveys: Dashboard*

The Engagement Surveys Dashboard will display the results for any of your Engagement surveys. However, we would recommend utilising the Surveys by Person Report to view the responses to your text-answer questions as these cannot be cross-compared in the same way that scored questions can.

To view the Engagement Surveys Dashboard, navigate to the Comms area of the platform in MANAGE mode. Select the DASHBOARD tab to the left, then select the ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS tab.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the Comms section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Insights ➡️Dashboard

Select the Dashboard title and then select the ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS tab.

You will need to select the survey template associated with the survey to view in the drop-down at the top of the dashboard. Utilising the date filter buttons will refine your search to specific areas of time.

Questions summary section show the answers for any scored questions. You can use the arrow on the right of each question to see a breakdown of the answers.

  To view the textual responses to an Engagement Survey, you will need to view the Surveys by Person Report.
