Surveys by Person Report*

To access the Surveys by Person Report, navigate to the Comms area of the platform in MANAGE mode, then click on the REPORTS tab.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the Communications section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Insights ➡️ Reports 

  As this report may contain potentially sensitive data, access is restricted to those who have the SENSITIVE toggle enabled in their Security Group.

Downloading the Report

Assuming that sensitive permissions have granted for your account, click on the padlock icon in the top-right hand corner of your screen. This will send an automated email to your email address containing a secure code.

Enter the secure code in the text box and click the green tick icon to validate the secure code. You will now be able to download the Surveys by Person Report.

The Surveys by Person will display the responses to all surveys including sentiment, eNPS, and engagement surveys. Depending on what 'report results by' or survey anonymity has been configured for the survey template, depends on what identifiable fields are populated in the spreadsheet.

You can utilise the icons in the top right-hand corner of the screen to help you find the information you need:

	Hides/unhides filters
	Hide/unhides columns
	Refreshes the report
	Exports report to CSV
	Closes the report

Utilising the text and date filters at the top of the page will refine the search criteria, making it easy to locate specific information for the most relevant and desired results.

The following fields are captured within this report: 

  What fields are populated depends on the survey's anonymity. For example, if the survey is anonymous, the Person, Role, Department, and Site fields will appear blank.
