Engagement Surveys: Overview*

Engagement surveys are very different to sentiment and eNPS surveys as they are the only survey type which will allow you to ask multiple questions. These questions can be created using a combination of textual and scored response questions - allowing you to have much more flexibility with the questions you would like to employees to respond to.

Like with all surveys in StaffCircle, the degree of anonymity can be adjusted - allowing you to collect responses from across the wider business, down to specific departments, sites, and roles.

The Engagement Surveys Dashboard allows you to view the average scores to any scored questions included in the survey. However, the textual responses can only be found in the Surveys by Person Report as textual responses cannot be compared in the same way.
