e-NPS Results: Dashboard*
The e-NPS Results Dashboard will display the results for any of your e-NPS surveys. However, if you have requested any 'optional feedback' for the survey, then these textual responses can be found in the Surveys by Person report.
To view the e-NPS Dashboard, navigate to the Comms area of the platform in MANAGE mode. Select the DASHBOARD tab to the left, then select the E-NPS RESULTS tab.
🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the Comms section of the side-bar, then navigate to:
Insights ➡️Dashboard
Select the Dashboard title and then select the E-NPS RESULTS tab.
This Dashboard will show the last 10 e-NPS surveys that have been distributed along with the results.
The graph will present 3 main trends, whereas the bar depicts the 3 ratio of responses in the three response types: Promoter, Passive and Detractor.
The Black line show the trend of the eNPS score for each survey, wheras the blue line show the trend of the amount of respondents.
To the right the is a quick view of your current eNPS score and the average.
Should you wish you can further break this down by utilising the buttons to the bottom of the screen: Site, Department, or Role.
