e-NPS Results: Dashboard
How to Use the eNPS Results Dashboard to Understand Employee Loyalty
The e-NPS Results Dashboard will display the results for your last ten published eNPS surveys. However, if you have requested any 'optional feedback' for the survey, then these textual responses can be found in the Surveys by Person report.
To view the eNPS Dashboard, hover over the Comms section of the side-bar, then navigate to: Insights ➡️Dashboard. Select the Dashboard title and then select the E-NPS RESULTS tab.
The graph will present three main trends, whereas the bar depicts the ratio of responses in the three response types: Promoter, Passive and Detractor. To the right of the graph, there is a quick view of your current eNPS score and the average.
The black line shows the trend of the eNPS score for each survey, whereas the blue line shows the trend of the number of respondents.
You can further break this down by utilising the buttons to the bottom of the screen: Site, Department, or Role.
