Re-engaging Employees Who Haven't Read Content Using the Unread Content by Person Report

The Unread Content by Person report serves as an effective tool for tracking and managing user engagement with your content. The report allows you to easily identify individuals who may have missed or overlooked important information.

 As a follow-up action, you can resend notifications to employees who have not read published content on an article-by-article basis.

To view the report, hover over the Communications section of the sidebar, then navigate to: Insights ➡️ Reports.

You can utilise the icons and filters to help refine your search and download a copy of the report to a CSV file. The following fields are captured within this report: 

Field Name Description
Article The title of the article/post
Published Date The date the article was published
Number of Reads The number of times the article has been read (taking in to account that a user can read an article more than once)
Number of Comments The number of comments accumulated for the article
Not Read By The name of the user who has not read the article
Person Start Date The date the employee started their employment
