Unread Content by Person Report*
The Unread Content by Person report offers a comprehensive list of platform users who have not yet read a post you have published.
This report serves as an effective tool for tracking and managing user engagement with your content, allowing you to identify individuals who may have missed or overlooked important information.
As a follow up action, you can resend notifications to employees who have not read published content.
By proactively addressing unread content, you promote improved communication, enhance information dissemination, and increase the likelihood of your messages reaching and resonating with your intended audience.
To view the report, navigate to the Comms area of the platform in MANAGE mode and select the REPORTS tab.

You can utilise the icons in the top right-hand corner of the screen to help you find the information you need:

Utilising the text and date filters at the top of the page will refine the search criteria, making it easy to locate specific information for the most relevant and desired results.
The following fields are captured within this report:
Field Name | Description |
Article | The title of the article/post |
Published Date | The date the article was published |
Number of Reads | The number of times the article has been read (taking in to account that a user can read an article more than once) |
Number of Comments | The number of comments accumulated for the article |
Not Read By | The name of the user who has not read the article |
Person Start Date | The date the employee started their employment |
