How do I resend article notifications?

When there is a really important piece of information that you would like all of your employees to read, it is important to be able to check who has and who hasn't. This guide will cover how you can resend the notifications for the post.

Notifications can be resent for all post recipients, or you can target users who have not read the post.

Step One

Hover over the Communications area of the left-hand side bar and select Content from within the Manage area. Click on the title of the content from the list to open the content's details page.

Step Two

Click the three dots in the right-hand corner of the Details section. Then select Resend notifications from the list.

Step Three

A pop-up will appear in the centre of your screen. In the Resend notifications to drop-down you can choose to resend the notifications to Everyone, or People who haven't read content. Then click the RESEND NOTIFICATIONS button.
