Notification Settings: Configure*

You can toggle on and off automated notifications in the notification settings area of the platform. To configure the notification (content), you will need to navigate to the notification templates area of the platform.

This guide will explain how you can toggle on and off specific notifications for the platform

Step One

Navigate to the Comms area of the platform in ADMINISTRATION mode, then select the NOTIFICATION SETTINGS tab.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the Comms section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Configuration ➡️Notification Settings

Select the Notification Settings title and proceed with step two.

Step Two

Click on the arrows next to each notification type: Email, In App, Push, SMS to expand the list of available notifications.

Step Three

Use the toggle to toggle on/off the notifications.

Email - these are notifications that are sent out as an email to the user. Notifications can be switched on an off using the toggle switch.

In App 
- appear in the app as a notification when certain events occur.

Push 
- notifications appear on the mobile or web browser. Push Notifications for Progressive Web Apps are not supported on iOS.

SMS - notifications are sent to mobile phones over text message SMS and should be used only for urgent or important items.
