New Starter: Add

Once the Personal and/or Secure Data Template(s) have been added to the platform, New Starters can be created.

New Starters are 'People' in your platform who are currently navigating through the onboarding process and can later be accepted, rejected, or activated as employees in the platform.

Follow the steps below to add a New Starter to the platform:

Step One

Navigate to the People area of the platform in MANAGE mode, and select the NEW STARTERS tab.

Step Two

Click the ADD button to the right-hand side of the page to open the ADD NEW STARTER pull-out drawer. Populate the data fields within the form (noting that all are mandatory).

You can specify whether the New Starter Form is sent to applicants immediately following creation, or you can choose to defer this activation to a later date.

Then select the data templates at the bottom of the drawer before clicking the SAVE button.

Step Four

The New Starter will appear in the list with a status of 'invited'. They will also receive an automated email from the platform if you selected the ACTIVATE IMMEDIATELY option.
