How do I delete my Awards Channel?

If you wish to remove your awards channel, then you will need to ensure that all of the content is removed from the channel prior. Please refer to this guide for information on deleting co ntent or how you can move this content to a different channel/feed.

Removing the 'post' associated with an award does not remove the award from their profile.

Step One

Hover over the Communication section of the side-bar, then navigate to: Configuration ➡️Custom Feeds. Select the Custom Feeds title to display all custom feeds.

Step Two

Select the custom feed associated with your award channel. This page will display the details of the feed, including your award channel.

Step Three

Under the CHANNELS IN CUSTOM FEED section, click the red trash can icon under the ACTIONS heading. A pop-up will confirm that you wish to complete the action. Select YES, REMOVE CHANNEL to delete the awards channel.

If you are unable to see the red trash can icon under the ACTIONS heading, then this is because there is content published to the channel. Please delete or move the content to a different channel/feed to make this visible.
