Deleting an Awards Channel

If you wish to remove your awards channel, then you will need to ensure that all of the content is removed from the channel prior.

Please refer to this guide for information on deleting content, or how you can move this content to a different channel/feed.

  Removing the 'post' associated with an award does not remove the award from their profile.

Step One

Navigate to the Communications module in administration mode, and click the CUSTOM FEED tab. This will display a list of all your custom feeds.

Configuration ➡️Custom Feeds

Select the Custom Feeds title and skip to step two of this guide.

Step Two

Select the custom feed associated with the awards channel wish to delete. This page will now display the details of the feed, including the associated channels.

Step Three

Under the CHANNELS IN CUSTOM FEED section, click the red trash can icon under the ACTIONS heading. A pop-up will confirm you wish to complete the action. Select YES, REMOVE CHANNEL to delete the awards channel.

  If you are unable to see the red trash can icon under the ACTIONS heading, then this is because there is content published to the channel. Please delete or move the content to a different channel/feed to make this visible.
