You can create multiple Year End Reset schedules if you have people on different policies.

Please note that all schedules are working on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
Click on the title of the schedule you have just added.Open the 'Details' section to view the schedule details. You can update the details of the schedule until it is processed.
Open the people to process section to add people to your schedule. It is best to do this in groups.
If all people will have the same policy and carry over applied and there are no special arrangements, you can select all. Please note, select all only selects all people on the page, so you may have to do this several times depending on the number of colleagues. After selecting, click 'Process' and then 'Save' to add them to the schedule.
After saving, users have a green tick beside their name, this indicates they have been added to the schedule and will be updated when it runs.If there are any people who have special arrangements or are entitled to additional leave from the schedule you have set, you can override the policy by clicking the 'Edit' icon next to their name.
Here, we can update the person to ensure they have the relevant allowances for them.
After saving these updates, process and save the user to add them to the schedule. By clicking the 'Information' icon for a particular person, you can see any changes that will be applied to them, when the schedule runs.In this example, this person was allowed to carry over an additional 2 days, totalling 7, rather than 5 which our schedule says. Given we used the override function, 7 days will be applied when the schedule runs whilst all other people who were not manually updated will only carry over the maximum of 5, if they have any allowance remaining.
You can create as many schedules for different groups as you need and set them all to run on the same date. When you have added all of your people to a schedule, you can leave it and it will run as planned.
As you can see, the carry over into next year has updated as anticipated.
