Why can't I book my holiday?
There may be several reasons why a user may be unable to book a holiday in the platform, the main causes for this are:
- You may have selected a non-working day/bank holiday, or a date you typically do not work, therefore the system will not allow you to take absence on this date.
- The Absence Policy you have been assigned to may have a restriction in place for this certain date/period. Please contact your system administrator for further guidance.
- You do not have a Working Pattern assigned, so the system is unable to decipher what days you work. Please contact your system administrator for further guidance.
