Who is notified when I give an award/feedback?

If you assign an award or provide an employee with peer-to-peer feedback it will notify both the employee and their line manager.

However, if an award has been assigned via a custom feed then it will notify everyone who has access to the feed - these notifications are configured by your system administrator.
