Holidays & Absence⛅

Downline visibility has been introduced within the Holidays & Absence module, providing View permissions within the reporting downline.

Pro-rata holiday now rounds up to the nearest half day.

The Bradford Factor calculation has been updated to group sequential absences with the same absence type, counting the leave as 1 instance, and therefore applying the correct calculation.

New Report: Holidays & Absence Requests. This report provides all absences with the additional information of Role, Department, Site, Working Pattern, Absence Policy, StaffCircle ID and External ID, making payrol reconcilliation even easier.

Reports📈

Where a Person exists on a report, a new filter has been added to include/exclude deactivated employees.

All reports have sticky headers, with the option to increase the row count to 'All', making it easier to navigate the reports.

Skills Dashboards💡

The Skills Stat dashboard has had a couple of upgrades, including clickable summary cards that filter the table results, and the skill gap column.

The Skill Gap Key has also become interactive, filtering results based on levels achieved, or levels required.

UX/UI 🎨

Within all tables across all modules, sticky headers have been introduced to help with ease of use. For example within Objectives & Reviews>Manage>Reviews or Manage>Objectives.

Reviews📃

When the "View Internal Reviewer Feedback" toggle in Review Template Settings is toggled to 'OFF', Reviewee's that are permitted to see the Review Details screen will not be able to see the 'Waiting Feedback From' component.

Feedback Question Titles have been increased to a 1,000 character limit.
