This Release update provides you with a brief, high level description of new and updated features which have been released specifically to help Organisations remotely manage their employees, drive culture and engagement.

Introduction of New Article Types
We have added 2 new article types to the content wizard. 
Events Article
The events article enables you to use StaffCircle to promote your Company events and enable people to register for them. Once registered they receive a calendar invite and will also be in the attendees list which can be downloaded as a excel/csv file.
Polls Article
The Polls Article enable you to add voting for either text items or people. The voting results can be downloaded from the manage view as a excel/csv file.
Objectives🎯
Smart Popups for Objectives
Smart Popups have been extended to Objectives and offer a way to see what is inside the objective without needing to actually go into the objective itself. This saves time when checking the status of many objectives in the manage view.
Shared Smart Objectives
The ability for someone to share a new or existing objective with one or more people. This will enable objectives to be shared across a group. All status updates, conversations and progress changes are synchronised across the shared group
Each shared objective has a share icon
which is visible from the manage view and from the end user view.
Shared OKRs
The ability for someone to share a new or existing key result inside an OKR with one or more people. This shared Key Result will appear to the others as a smart objective. All status updates, conversations and progress changes are synchronised across the shared group back to the shared Key Result.
The Shared Result can be also viewed by a manager or admin and all progress across each of the shared people are logged separately.
OKR Linking
We have released the ability to link a Personal Key Result (inside an OKR) to a department level Key Result or Smart Objective of the same data type.
New Status updates for Smart Objectives
We have released status updates for Smart Objectives which enables you to flag the smart objective as on track, off track or at risk - even if the progress value hasn't changed. This keeps the manager up to date and reduces micro-management.
Updated Objectives Explorer
the updated objectives explorer shows even greater information about linked objectives and their impact on their parent objectives. you can now mouse over any objective in the tree view and have the smart popups at any time.
When you drill in the specific company or department objectives you have see the amount of "overage" or "cover" the personal linked objectives have.
Holidays & Absence🌞
Shared Absence Calendar for end users
Now end users can be configured to either view the entire company or their department absence calendar.Previously end users could only see their own personal time off.
These new permissions are configurable from the security groups.
