      Top Awards Scores by Person Report

      Analysing Cumulative Award Scores by Employee with the Top Awards Report

      The Top Awards Scores by Person report displays a comprehensive list of employees and their total cumulative award scores, based on the awards they have been assigned. Moreover, the report enables organisations to identify high-performing individuals

      To view the report, hover over the Communications section of the side-bar, then navigate to Insights ➡️ Reports 

      Utilising the icons and filters at the top of the page will refine the search criteria, making it easy to pinpoint specific information for the most relevant and desired results.

      The following fields are captured within this report: 

      Field Name Description
      Award Points The cumulative score derived from the user's assigned awards
      Date Last Awarded The date of the last award assigned to the user
      Person The user assigned the award
      Manager The user's line manager
      Department The user's department 
      Role The user's role
      Site The user's site
      Employee's Start Date The date the user started their employment
