FOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Introduction of Success Circles 

Success Circles are essentials an individual’s score card for the 21st century and provides a far more balanced approach for analysing someone’s success at work – not just their performance but also their cultural alignment.

 

Success Circles will provide individuals with an easy to understand graphical representation of their performance, progression and cultural alignment. 

 

Each coloured slice of the Success Circle is a competency which is configured on the system. Clicking on a slice will bring up the detail behind the scores, showing the individual where they have come from and where they can improve

 

An Employee’s Success Circle is a living breathing representation of their progress and has been designed to be easy to understand giving the individual a 360 view of both their performance and their behaviours.

 

Sections of a person’s Success Circle are based on competencies and can be updated by different parts of the StaffCircle system including Review Questions, Objectives, Awards and Realtime Feedback.

 

 

The StaffCircle algorithms will average out the scores across various inputs received to create a balanced Circle for the individual.  A Success Circle is a continually moving object, showing the employee at any time which areas they need to improve on and which areas they are excelling at. 

 

 

Improvements to the Reviews Screen for both Managers and Employees

The reviews screen has been completely overhauled and a number of new features have been introduced. Firstly the Manage interface has now got a left hand blade called supporting information which the manager can use for chat, upload files, create follow on reviews, objectives or tasks and also create private notes which are not visible to the end user - these notes are automatically brought through to the next review.

Also inside a review there are 3 potential success circles which show scores from the Manager, the Employee and even co-workers or customers.

Customisable sections and improved scoring component

There is now have the ability to customise the Review Headings and also we have re-engineered the scoring component to make it easier to use on both desktop and mobile

 

Introduction of Toggling Internal Feedback

We have introduced the ability to hide and show requested feedback from internal employees. Any feedback received from internal users can be hidden/shown to the Reviewee through the review create/edit interface.

FOR CULTURE & COMMS

Improvements to Realtime Feedback

We have improved the feedback user experience and also added the ability to request feedback as well as give it. The feedback can be linked to a Value/Behaviour or a Performance Competency which can be configured to match your internal competencies.

There is now a way to rate the feedback given using the familiar Review Stars feedback mechanism

 

FOR HR & TIME-OFF

Employee Personal Information visibility improvements

 

There is now more granularity to share your personal information to the rest of the team with more detailed warning messages about how many people will see your information.

 

Also there are 2 new controls in the security groups to enable managers to be able to see or not see certain personal information.
