      StaffCircle AI Competency Framework v.1.42.0

      Beta Feature

      If you haven't already enabled the AI capabilities within your platform, you can either type "beta" into your search bar, or go to Settings>Organisation & Branding>Beta Features*.

      Once there, enable the "AI: Competency Framework" feature and unlock:

      • Company, Role and Skill Enrichment
      • Base Role Identification
      • Competency Framework and Career Pathway Generation

      New AI Functions

      Identify Base Roles

      Knowing where to start from can be the hardest part of creating a full competency framework. Clicking Identify Base Roles from within the Roles section of your platform will present a list of Roles we believe will be your starting point. For example Junior Product Manager or Operations Administrator would be suggested as a Base Role.

      Career Pathways

      After identifying your Base Roles, or if you're wanting to create a pathway for a specific role, you can go to the Role Details page and click Career Pathways.

      This will generate an enriched pathway utilising your existing roles and skills, and recommending new roles and suggested skills if there are potential gaps.

      Generate Framework & Pathways

      We appreciate that some customers will want to just 'go for it' and generate their entire Competency Framework in one go!

      Within the Role Explorer, click the Generate Framework & Pathways button, go and make yourself a drink or check some emails, and by the time you get back your Competency Framework will be visible on screen.

      Important: Once your frameowkr and pathways have been generated, they're only in a draft state. You can make amendments by removing roles that aren't applicable and editing some of the generated information, however you'll need to click save to commit this set-up to your platform.
