Introduction of Social Sharing

You now have the ability to flag articles as socially sharable which enables your employees to share certain articles across their social networks.

In this first release, articles can be shared over LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Email.

Images and text are automatically transferred over to the selected social network.

Social Sharing Dashboard and Reports show the top employee advocates across the networks.

New RSS Feed  for accessing publicly visible articles in one place.

Improvements to the Article Feeds

This release contains a number of improvements to the manage articles view.

The Article List how has thumbnails with popups showing details about each article.

The Article Statistics bar has new clickable elements showing Social Sharing and Video Plays (if there is an embedded video) by person

The Search Filters have been extended to include publisher, channel and date ranges.
