Skills Dashboard & Reports v.1.21.0

We deliver these releases to improve your experience and the value, functionality and features of StaffCircle. 

This release update provides you with a brief, high level description of new and updated features which have been released specifically to help organisations remotely manage their employees, drive culture and engagement.

The main focus for this release is extending the new skills updates from the previous release to expose reporting and dashboards to visualise the skill gaps and skill level status across the organisation, departments and teams.

NEW SKILLS FEATURES

Skills Dashboard

In the Manage > People > Dashboard we now have a new dashboard for skills. This shows each skill in your team and lists the users at each level, so that at a glance you can see which skills need developing in your team. If you are an admin and can see everyone in your company then you can switch on that view for this dashboard too.

You can also see summary statistics for your team (note total skills includes all skills on the platform and is not filtered to the user team)

Skills Gap Dashboard

In the Manage > People > Dashboard we also have a new Skills Gap Dashboard that shows all the people in your team with their corresponding role, skills and skill levels. The Skill level view includes a gap view so you can easily see which skills each user may need to improve and where you might have any excess skills or levels.

Like on the skills dashboard, if you have access to everyone in your organisation then you toggle on this view to see everyone on this dashboard.

You can  filter on name, department and role and see a handy key to the types of skill gaps displayed.

Summary statistics are also available at the top of the dashboard.

 

Skills and roles report

In the Manage  > People > Reports list we have added a new report for People, Roles & Skills. This contains every user you have access to, their role, manager, and department and role start date. We then list the Skill Gaps, Skill level surplus and skill level deficit, including the value of the surplus or deficit. In addition to the regular plain text filter across all the data in the report, we have also added the same switch to restrict the list of users to your team (if you can normally see everyone).

Skills Gap on the person view

We have made a small update to show the same skill gap analysis on a per person basis in the main People list view. In the Manage  > People > Person > Skills  you can now see the gap analysis icons and count for assigned skills, in addition to the skill level,

 

OTHER NEW FEATURES

Feedback Overview Report

Away from Skills we have added a new report to show the peer to peer feedback that can be given on the platform. In Manage  > People > Reports you can now view and download the Feedback Overview Report.

This report shows all peer to peer feedback given to users that you manage or everyone if you have permission and show From, To, Feedback, Date, Type and value, Behaviors and rating (stars).

 

New Security Group Setting

In the Settings > Security > Security Group > Modules > Performance we have added the option to restrict the view direct reports only. When applied, users with this permission switched on, will be restricted to creating Objectives and Reviews with themselves as the Reviewer, and they will only be able to select from a list of their direct reports to set the Reviewee on a review and to assign an objective to.
