Skill Levels v.1.20.0
We deliver these releases to improve your experience and the value, functionality and features of StaffCircle.
This release update provides you with a brief, high level description of new and updated features which have been released specifically to help organisations remotely manage their employees, drive culture and engagement.
The main focus for this release is adding skill levels to skills and linking them to Roles and People, to enable a manager to start to see the gaps between the two, and hence enabling role progression and succession planning in StaffCircle. Future releases will expose reporting and dashboards to visualise the skill gaps and skill level status across the organisation, departments and teams.

Managers who have permissions to view feedback provided to one of their employees will now receive a notification to alert them to the fact that it is there, so that they can act on it more promptly.

Admin Users can now add multiple sites to a region from the region details screen in Settings > Organisation > Regions > Region > Site in region by simply clicking the Edit button and toggling on and off the available sites. This was previously possible but only from the Site screen.
