Roles: Overview
You can associate employee's with a role so that they can be quickly identified in the directory. Role can also be used to map out required skills for a role to help with recruiting. You can also set the progression path for that role.
Roles are typically added to the platform by a system administrator, but can be assigned to an employee by any user who has access to update the employees personal information.
