      Realtime Performance Feedback v.1.7.0

      We deliver these releases to improve your experience of the functionality and features of StaffCircle.

      Realtime Performance feedback linked to Values

      Our new feedback feature allows anyone to give and receive realtime performance or praise based feedback which is linked directly to Organisational values. This feedback is when surfaced during Reviews/Check-Ins and also under their user profile.

      New Performance Management Reports

      We have now released 3 new Performance Management Reports for both Reviews and Objectives. 

       



      Faster Navigation with improved mode switching

       

      3 user modes are available in the platform - "myself" "manage" and "settings" and now when you switch between each mode the system intelligently routes you to the relevant section within that particular mode.  For instance, if you are in "manage" reviews and click on "settings" mode it will  automatically take you to the reviews settings / review types screens and visa-versa. Our tests have shown this greatly reduces the number of clicks needed
