Primary & Secondary Contacts
Each platform can have up to two dedicated contacts: the primary contact, and a secondary contact.
The Primary Contact is the first user of the StaffCircle system and is assigned Administrative Privileges in order to create and assign other managers and administrators permissions on the system. If the primary contact is not available, the secondary contact will have the same privileges.
The Secondary Contact is a backup person for the primary contact and has the same administrative privileges.
Both the Primary and Secondary contact are able to create users, groups and assign them rights on the system, including the ability to create other administrators.
To view to the designated primary and secondary contacts for your platform, click on the settings wheel in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on the Organisation and Branding tab on the left-hand side. Select the INFORMATION tab at the top.
🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, select the settings wheel in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and select Organisation and Branding from the secondary side-bar under SETTINGS.
Select the INFORMATION tab at the top.
These contacts can be updated by clicking on the pencil icon within their respective boxes. The mobile and email address for these contacts are derived from the person's profile.
