A native Power BI app to enable you to analyze your StaffCircle people data inside the Microsoft Power BI web tool.
Follow these instructions in install and configure the app.
Note: you will need a Power Bi Professional subscription on your Office 365 account to install directly below from the installer links. However if you install from the Power BI Marketplace using the Microsoft Appsource link below then you can run the pre-built dashboards with simply a basic free Power Bi account

Step 1
Note: First please ensure you choose the correct plugin as there is a UK version for UK Hosted Customers and a US version for USA Hosted Customers. Please also ensure you are licensed for the StaffCircle Insights module.
UK Version: As an Office 365 administrator click on this link below (ensure your user account has a Power BI Pro license in Office 365) This is for UK hosted customers only.
US Version: As an Office 365 administrator click on this link below (ensure your user account has a Power BI Pro license in Office 365) This is for USA hosted customers only.
Step 2
Click on install
After a few seconds the app will be installed in your Power BI Instance
You can now see a selection of sample reports on the left hand menu. Please note these have not been populated with real data until you have followed the steps below.
Step 3
Log in to StaffCircle (must be an admin) and go to the Settings ->Integrations->API Keys then click on ADD
Ensure you create a name (eg: PowerBI) and then click on the Insights selector at the bottom.
Then you will see this dialog below - ensure you copy this key into your clipboard (you will only get one chance to do this)
Step 4
Go back into the StaffCircle Power BI App and clikc on Connect your data in the top yellow bar.
Paste the previously copied API key into the popup box and enter your email address which you use to log into StaffCircle platform as an administrator (usually your office 365 email address)
In the next dialog box, ensure you select anonymous in the authentication method section and none in the privacy level setting. Then click on Sign in and Connect.
