Poll*

Polls are similar to surveys, however they are ideally used for social purposes such as asking employees what they would like to do for Christmas, selecting employee incentives etc. Unlike surveys, Polls are not anonymous and the reports as displayed in real time. You will not be able to see exactly who has participated in the poll, but you will be able to export the results of the poll. Depending on your use case, you may want to consider a survey instead.

When creating a poll you can define your own options, you can also select individuals in your business – allowing employees to vote for a particular employee in response to a poll. An employee can only select one option for a poll, and can only participate in a poll once.
