Roles - this is great for mapping out required skills for a role to help with recruiting and you can set the progression path for that role.

Skills & Skill Levels

Setting skills against roles & employees in StaffCircle is great for skills gap analysis, recruiting & personal development as your employees are always able and sufficiently qualified to meet the needs of your business. 

Custom Fields for People Data

Store extra data about your employees in the platform like medical information, diversity & inclusion, workwear & dietary requirements.

Import People Data

Using the import tool you can add all your new employees or move over your employee's data using a csv file. Our Implementation team help with the initial import and you can add employees to the platform by manually adding them, or using an integration.
