People: Delete
It is possible to delete a user from the platform entirely, however in almost all instances we would recommend deactivating the person instead.
Deleting a user will will remove any associated reviews and objectives etc. from the platform including any reports. It could cause potential issues with tracking holiday for a final payment for example.
Once a user has been deleted from the platform their profile cannot be restored.
Step One
Navigate to the People area of the platform in MANAGE mode.
🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the People section of the side-bar, then navigate to:
Manage ➡️People
Select the People title and proceed with the steps in the rest of this guide.
Step Two
Locate the employee within the list either manually or using the filters/search bar at the top of the page.
Step Three
Under the ACTIONS section, click the red trash can icon, this will open a pop-up. Click YES, REMOVE PERSON to delete the person from the platform.
