People: Deactivate
We would recommend deactivating accounts as opposed to deletion as this retains the employee's historic information for reporting purposes.
Step One
Navigate to the People area of the platform in MANAGE mode.
🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the People section of the side-bar, then navigate to:
Manage ➡️People
Select the People title and proceed with the steps in the rest of this guide.
Step Two
Select the name of the employee from the list using the search bar or filters. This will open up the employee's profile where you would typically update their personal information.
Step Three
Click on the Security Tab to the left-hand side.
Step Four
Under the System Information section of the page, Click on the 'DEACTIVATE' button. A pop-up will confirm that you wish to activate the person's account. Click YES, DEACTIVATE [PERSON NAME] to finalise the process
