Overview: Skills

You can utilise the Skills feature within the platform to associate certain skills to employees within your business. The skills feature expands across the People and Review modules. You can add skills, set skill levels, assign them to employees, and measure these skills across Departments, Roles, and Groups.

 

The bulk of the Skills module can be found in the People section, which can be found when navigating to the People area of the platform in Administration mode then selecting the SKILLS tab.

 

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the People section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Configuration ➡️ Skills

From this view you can add new skills, view the details for each skill, and define the skill levels for each skill.
