Visualising Objective Priorities How Employees and Managers See Goal Importance

Priorities are a great way to help assignees/reviewees determine which of the objectives they have been assigned take priority over others. The priority doesn't change the way an objective behaves, but it does apply a visual indicator which is visible to the employee and their Manager/Reviewer.

The priority bubble displays like this to the employee in their Personal Objectives area:

To the Manager/Reviewer (or downline), this is how the priority displays in the Objective Manager grid:

Employees who create their own objectives will not be able to determine the objective's priority, however the priority can be set at the point of objective creation when setting an objective for another employee.
