Overview: Objective Templates

Objective Templates can be used by both Employees and Managers to create objectives quickly and consistently in the platform. These can be used for both SMART objectives and OKRs.

There are several advantages to using Objective Templates:

• You can configure templates so that employees can create their own objectives within the MYSELF view (self-service)
• There are fewer fields for the Manager to configure when using a template, making objectives easier and quicker to create
• You can standardise some objectives which make need to be created over and over again (but not necessarily with a reoccurrence)

You can locate the Objective Templates area of the platform by navigating to the Objectives area of the platform in Administration mode.

Configuration ➡️Objectives ➡️Templates
