Business Competencies

Overview: Competencies

If your company has established its business competencies, then these can be incorporated in to the framework of your platform. Competencies can be linked to the following features:

  • Objectives
  • Review feedback questions
  • Personal Awards
  • Peer to peer feedback.

Company competencies link in to the Success Circle feature, which is designed to measure the employee's performance in relation to these competencies. Each competency reflects a segment of the employee's Success Circle.
