Overview: Awards
Showing employees that you notice and appreciate their efforts helps them feel good about the work that they are doing. It keeps morale high and is great for retention.
The Awards module provides you with a way to effectively recognise and reward your employees in a non financial way. Here are some features of our Awards module:
- You can create awards which can be assigned only by certain individuals within the business, but also peer to peer awards which can be assigned by anyone in the platform.
- Associate 'points' with awards, and pull reports to identify which employees are scoring the highest.
- You can create a custom feed which will allow your employees to publicly assign awards for the attention of the entire business.
- Awards can be associated with business competencies, allowing them to contribute to an employee's Success Circle.
Awards can be used for all types of recognition that are non financial, although they can have points allocated to them which in turn can impact a Reward if required.
