Notifications: Overview*
The Notification Templates and Notification Settings areas of the platform is where all the automated messages including emails, SMS, push, in app, and Teams can be configured.
Push notifications are the grey box which appears in thee top right-hand corner of the screen when the user is logged in to staff circle.
In App notifications are associated with the notification bell in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
In the Notification Templates area, you can configure the content for these notification. Whereas in the Notification Settings are you can toggle specific notifications on and off.
Examples of the notification are linked to all platform features including objectives, reviews, tasks, and comms etc.
An example of an email notification for the platform can be viewed below (remember that the appearance and content can be configured in the notification templates area).
