How to Customise and Manage Automated Notifications in the Platform

The Notification Templates and Notification Settings areas of the platform are where the automated messages including emails, SMS, push, in app, and Teams can be configured. Notifications are linked throughout the platform and are triggered around platform activities including objectives, reviews, tasks, and comms etc.

You can configure the text for these notifications in the Notification Templates area, whereas in the Notification Settings you can toggle specific notifications on and off.
