Microsoft Office 365 Integration

Our new Microsoft Office 365 Integration improves the end user experience and reduces administration for super users. Firstly it enables SSO (single sign-on) using your Office 365 login and secondly is enables synchronisation of users from Office 365 so new users added to Office 365 can be activated in StaffCircle automatically and users that have been activated in Office 365 will automatically be deactivated in StaffCircle.

Brand New Customisation Options

StaffCircle has always had the ability for customers to put their own brand on to the system but this has now been extended to enable deeper branding and customisation of the system including selectable logo sizes, custom menu icons, custom application backgrounds and changeable backgrounds based on each menu item.                                                                       

 

 

Visual Organisation Navigation tool

A new way for anyone to find and to navigate across their Organisation and find people quickly. As well as being able to find people by name, skill, location, department or team you can now also use a brand new visual organisational navigation feature which works on both mobile and desktop.
