[M2U] Edit or Cancel a Holiday
You can cancel holiday if your holiday is pending or approved and the requested time off is in the future. If you wish to edit a holiday you can do so if it's pending and in the future.
Your entitlement will remove the days from Pending/Approved and put them back in to your remaining entitlement.
Edit / Cancel your Holidays Scenarios
Scenario 1: Holiday APPROVED but holiday date/time in the PAST
1. Scenario 1: Holiday APPROVED but holiday date/time in the PAST,
2. you will not be able to make changes. Contact your Manager or HR team
Scenario 2: Holiday PENDING but holiday date/time in the PAST
3. Scenario 2: Holiday PENDING but holiday date/time in the PAST,
4. you will not be able to make changes. Contact your Manager or HR team
Scenario 3: Holiday APPROVED but holiday date/time in the FUTURE
5. Scenario 3: Holiday APPROVED but holiday date/time in the FUTURE,
6. You can only cancel the holiday as any date changes will need to be re-approved
7. Click "YES, DELETE TIME OFF REQUEST"
Scenario 4: Holiday PENDING but holiday date/time in the FUTURE
8. Scenario 4: Holiday PENDING but holiday date/time in the FUTURE,
9. You can edit or cancel this request. To edit, click the pencil icon
10. use the fields in the request form to change the date range or other details you want to amend, then click "UPDATE"
11. Click "cancel"
12. Click "YES, DELETE TIME OFF REQUEST"
Scenario 5: Holiday Approved before release 1.23.0
13. Scenario 5: Holiday Approved before release 1.23.0 (13th April 2022) will not allow you to edit or cancel
14. you will not be able to make changes. Contact your Manager or HR team
