Release updates provide you a brief, high level description of new and updated features which have been released specifically to help Organisations remotely manage their employees.

The highlights for v1.11.0 are:

HR v2 Updates for the People database

For those of you using StaffCircle for a HCM / HR Database, there a number of new features, fields, reports and new objectives added to the person database and are as follows:

New Objects and Fields

• Updated User Interface for the People Database with numerous new fields added

• New Visas, Licenses and Insurance section

• New Benefits section for storing share options, gym membership, health insurance, travel cards etc.

• New Equipment section for storing information about IT equipment, vehicles, health & safety and other equipment.

 Custom Fields

• Now there is the ability to add Custom Sections and Custom Fields to the people database. This is useful for storing many different types for information relating to employees and contractors.
  
  
• Standard or Sensitive settings - now you can flag custom fields as standard or sensitive. If flagged as sensitive then only people belonging to a security group with the sensitive flag will be able to see those Custom Sections.
  

• New Custom fields Reporting means that any new custom section or fields now automatically have reporting.
