Feeds and Channels: Overview

Our Comms module provides an effective way to create open, structured, two-way communications with your platform's users. This means employees can be kept out of the loop with article content, news, alerts and notifications.

Communication can be sent in the form of Articles or Alerts. Both of these are customisable and allow you to choose to send notifications by email, in app, push, Microsoft Teams and SMS.

All platforms will have an Activity Feed (default feed), which can be used to post the majority of the content for the organisation. However, StaffCircle will allow for additional feeds to be created which can help you to better organise your content through the use of channels.
