Why isn't my image displaying in my post?
If your users report missing article images or a replacement image like the example below, then it is most likely because the author of the article has loaded an image for the article from their personal folder, rather than the company folder.
Personal folders have additional security permissions and as default only the owner is allowed to access the content of their personal folder so the image would load up for them but not others.
To resolve this issue, move the image to the Company folder and use Company/Articles/Images for keeping the images. You can of course create additional sub folders to create a logical structure for your article images and other content.
