Downline Reviews v.1.32.0

This release update provides you with a brief, high-level description of any new and updated features along with any bugs that have been fixed.

TLDR; We've replaced module permissions with Review Template Visibility settings so that who can see what is controlled within one area.

Setting Downline Review Visibility

Within Performance>Configuration>Reviews>Templates (or Settings>Objectives & Reviews>Reviews>Templates if you're on the previous menu UI) and adding or updating a Review Template you will see a new toggle on the "Access for in progress reviews" and "Access for completed reviews" sections.

The toggles are labelled "Review is visible to downline when in progress" and "Review is visible to downline when complete" respectively.

Setting this toggle to on will mean that downline visibility is given at any stage of the hierarchy. For example, the Head of Sales may not directly manage the Sales Administrator, however as they're in the Sales Department hierarchy, visibility of the review is given.

Updating existing Reviews

If you've already got a Review Template set up with Reviews using the template but want to add Downline visibility, you can update the Review Template and toggle on the "Review is visible to downline when in progress" and/or "Review is visible to downline when complete" settings.

When saving the Review Template you'll then see the confirmation modal appear with an update to show that Downline visibility has been given.

Review Reports

To accommodate the Downline Review visibility settings, the three main review reports have been upated. This means that the same visibility permissions you set for Review Visibility, is reflected in the reports.
