New Features

Design 2.0 v.1.39.0

Deployment date: 25/06/2024

We deliver these updates to enhance your experience with StaffCircle, improving its value, functionality, and features.

This update will give you a quick overview of new features, enhancements, and fixes we've included.

TLDR; Our platform has received a visual makeover! We've softened some of the rough edges and made interacting with various areas more enjoyable. Plus, we've added new Employee Timeline events to complement the Role History section we introduced in May.

Design 2.0🎨

Last year, we revamped the menu structure, making it easier to navigate without switching between user personas. We also added a handy search bar for all your actions and to find individuals quickly.

Thanks to your feedback, we've taken it a step further and updated the platform's design. We understand that changes can feel overwhelming, so we've made these updates available as a beta feature for now.

Switching to the new design👉🏽

Using the Search Bar type "Beta Features" and select "View beta features" or go to Settings>Organization & Branding>Beta Features and toggle on "Design 2.0".

The new design will be applied to all users instantly!

Changes we've made🎨

Rounder Edges

Centered Dialogues

Pastel Accents

Collapsible Configuration

Softer Navigation Bar

No More Drop Shadows

Condensed Supporting Information

To-The-Point Terminology For Filters

Note; We will keep the Design 2.0 beta feature available whilst we work on a menu enhancement. Following completion of this we will then enable the "New Menu Structure and Navigation", "Search Bar" and "Design 2.0" features for all customers.
