Request an Absence
1. Click "MYSELF"
2. Click "Time Off"
3. Click "ABSENCES"
4. Click "add"
5. Select the absence from the dropdown
6. You may have to select a sub reason/type for the absence
7. Select the day/dates for the absence. Your first click is the beginning date of the request, your second click is the end date of the request.
8. You may have to input how many hours you are requesting
9. The OVERLAP SECTION shows anyone in your department that is also on holiday or has an absence in that date range you've requested
10. Add a note
11. You may need to attach a file based on your company's absence policy
12. Click "REQUEST"
