Content Statistics
The Content Statistics area will tell you how many times the article has been read, who has (or has not) yet read the article, the number of likes and comments etc. This can start to help you to understand whether the article has achieved the impact you expected.
You can find the Content Statistics section for any post by hovering over the Comms section of the sidebar, then navigate to: Manage ➡️ Content
Select the Content title and then select the article from the list.
Depending on the type of post, you may see different items in the Statistics section, however all posted will contain the below as standard:

The number of times a post has been viewed |

The number of people who have clicked on the post |

The number of people who haven't clicked on the post |

The number of people who have 'liked' the post |
![]() |
The number of people who have commented on the post |
You can click on any of these buttons for further information on each statistic and you can also export these details as a CSV.
Depending on the content type, you may see some additional sections:

The number of people who have confirmed their an attendance. This is associated with event posts. |

The number of times the post has been shared to Linkedin, Twitter, or Facebook. This is associated with shareable posts. |

The number of responses received the the poll. This is associated with poll posts. |

The number of responses received the the survey. This is associated with survey posts. |
Survey responses can only be viewed in the Surveys by Person Report. Similarly, if you are viewing the content statistics for a survey, the statistics will not be clickable as this information is considered sensitive.
