Delete, Configure or Clone an Objective Template

How to Edit, Clone, and Delete Objective Templates on the Platform

Step One

Hover over the Objectives and Reviews section of the sidebar, then navigate to: Configuration ➡️Objectives ➡️Templates. Select the Templates title to open a list of your platform's objective templates.

Step Two

To configure the objective template, click on the pencil icon in the actions area, this will open the Update Objective Template pop-up. You may want to use this guide for guidance on populating the fields. Click SAVE to confirm the changes.

To clone the objective template, click on the square tiles in the actions area, this will open the Clone Objective pop-up. Configure the details within the form and click on the save button to add the objective template.

To delete the objective template, click on the red trash can icon in the actions area This will display a pop-up where you can confirm deletion.

If configuring or deleting an objective template, this will not impact any objectives which have been created using the template.
