In manage mode a user can see a dashboard of key statistics for all the content on the platform and how their users have interacted with it by liking, reading and adding comments, on a monthly and weekly basis and a summary view. They can see an overview of E-NPS responses across the company and the impact of content shared on social networks

 

All the content created in the account is visible in a list view with details per content piece of the exposure to employees and its status. Content can be updated and removed from this screen and new content can be created for sharing across the company to the main news feed or to a custom feed and channel. There is a variety of content types pre configured to meet different needs, present different types of information or require responses from employees.

 

Some content types are created from existing content and this can be viewed, updated and created for surveys and awards in this section. Tasks are located in a separate section,

 

Alerts created in the account can be viewed in their own list view, where they can be edited, deleted and created.

 

More detailed reports about content can be viewed, filtered and downloaded.
