Can I change the way an objective is measured?
As an employee, you cannot change the way your objective is measured, but the Reviewer of the objective (ie. your Manager) will be able to update this on your behalf.
You can update the objective's value as long as no progress has been made against the objective. To update the objective's value, click on the pencil icon in the actions selection and update the Value field.
If a progress update has been made against an objective, your only option is to re-create the objective in the platform using the new value.
