Can I change the way an objective is measured?

As an employee, you cannot change the way your objective is measured, however the Reviewer of the objective (ie. your Manager) will be able to update this.

You can update the objective's value as long as no progress has been made against the objective. To update the objective's value click on the pencil icon in the actions selection and update the Value field.
