Platform Alerts Enabling Quick and Efficient Employee Communication via In-App and SMS

Alerts are a way of contacting employees with quick, short messages. Any message that is under 500 characters can be sent as an alert. In the platform, alerts display at the top of the feed for all users in the priority colour they are set - until this is closed off by clicking on the cross icon.

Notifications can be set up to be sent In-app, via SMS and/or Email. The advantage of using alerts is that the SMS notification includes the whole summary, meaning that action can be taken quickly.
