Alerts: Overview*

Alerts are a way of interacting with employees with short messages that are needed to be sent quickly. Any message that is under 500 characters can be sent as an alert.

In the platform, alerts display at the top of the feed for all users in the priority colour they are set, until the X in the top right hand corner has been clicked.

Notifications can be set up to be sent In-app, via SMS and/or Email. The great thing about alerts are that the SMS notification include the whole summary. Meaning action can be taken quickly.
