Configuration

Add a Skill

You need to add the skill to the platform before the skills can be assigned to person, role, or group.

Step One

Navigate to the People area of the platform in Administration mode then select the SKILLS tab.

🚀 If you are using our new menu feature, hover over the People section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

Configuration ➡️ Skills 

Select the ➕ next to Skills and skip to step three of this guide.

Step Two

Click on the ADD button to the right hand side of the screen, this will open up the ADD SKILL pull-out drawer.

Step Three

You will need to provide a name for the skill. When you have specified the name, click away from the box to pre-populate the tag field.

Step Four

Provide a description for the skill as this will help other individuals within your business when assigning skills. The description will appear against the skills section of the individuals profile, and also in the skills assessment of a review.
