Why would I use Objective Templates?

Objective Templates can be used by both Employees and Managers to create objectives quickly and consistently in the platform. These can be used for both SMART objectives and OKRs.

Overview:

There are several advantages to using Objective Templates:

You can configure templates so that employees can create their own objectives (self-service)
There are fewer fields for the Manager to configure when using a template, making objectives easier and quicker to create
You can standardise some objectives that need to be created over and over again

You can locate the Objective Templates area of the platform by hovering over the Objectives and Reviews section of the sidebar, then navigate to: Configuration ➡️Objectives ➡️Templates
