Values: Overview

Company values work hand in hand with the feedback feature, empowering employees to offer peer-to-peer feedback on a value and its associated behaviours.

By associating values with different behaviours, employees can select the relevant behaviour when providing feedback.

Values (and their associated behaviours) can be updated in the Organisation and Branding area of the platform.
